Our plans include milestones to measure ROI progress month-over-month, so campaign owners can celebrate, replicate—and report—what works across the organization.

We assign a digital performance media account manager, available 24-7, to serve as the primary day-to-day contact and point person for the campaign. This senior-level team member is also the project manager to align all client service, strategy, data management and analytics team members as needed.

We schedule weekly status calls with the client team during the initial consulting phase to coordinate the set-up, launch, and the multiple moving pieces of the projects.

Every quarter, we lead a formal business review meeting at the client site to discuss campaign performance and plans for the upcoming months. This presentation provides an executive-level overview, which includes analysis of each campaign program and recommendations on future digital media strategies.
